This position is based in Nanba, Dazhou City. Work schedule is 28 days on, 28 days off.Also request to work in night shift.(2 weeks night shift and 2 weeks day shift)

Company will provide accommodations on days on. Transportation is to be provided from home location to Nanba. Salary is paid over 12 month period. Please provide CV in English.

Job Description

1 OE – Element 1: Security of Personnel and Assets

Security of Personnel and Assets at site specific field locations in CDB area of operations:

-Update and maintain NSCC procedures

-Supervise the provision of 24 hour emergency communication monitoring services

-Supervise the provision of 24 hour security and emergency command and control support

-Supervise 24 hour monitoring of IVMS vehicle tracking systems

-Supervise 24 hour monitoring of Alarm Systems including some of the fire systems

-Supervise 24 hour monitoring of CCTV systems

-Supervise 24 hour monitoring of Access Control Systems

-Supervise Dissemination of incident information to Security Management and IEMT members

-Supervise distribution of ”all hands” emergency and hazard alert information by SMS, radio and e-mail

-Monitor contractor personnel performance against contract KPIs

-Supervise central monitoring and collation of POBs in emergency situations

2 OE – Element 3 and 9 Safe Operations and Incident Investigation

Ensure security operations are carried out in a safe manner and safety incidents are effectively investigated

-In the event of a safety related incident, enter data into the incident management system, effectively carry out early injury management and carry out 5 Why or participate in Why Tree investigations as required

3 Communication

Develop effective communication channels with CDB key personnel, contractors and local authorities:

-CDB Management and key support services

-Contractors

-Police

-Fire

-Medical

-Government

4 Coordination

-Supervise the verification and distribution of the daily guard deployment reports

-Verify the verification and distribution of the daily guard contractor man-hour reports

-Supervise monitoring and dissemination of IEMT and AEMT roster

-Manage the Key register and control of keys

-Manage the issue and tracking of security radio equipment

-Supervise provision of notification to maintenance of urgent maintenance requirements

-Shift Scheduling of NSCC personnel

5 Interpreting and Translation

Supervise and deliver translation of the following:

-NSCC generated Reports

-Chinese reports from Guard Companies

-Communications to and from government agencies such as the police

6 Training

-Train and manage third party training of NSCC personnel on NSCC procedures and tasks

-Train and manage third party training of NSCC personnel on operation of communication, alarm, CCTV monitoring and vehicle tracking systems

-Development of NSCC personnel

-Mentor and develop new NSCC personnel

7 Information Management and Report Writing

-Supervise maintenance of the daily communication log

-Supervise drafting and dissemination of the Daily Security News

-Supervise drafting and dissemination of the Daily Security Report

-Supervise drafting and dissemination of the Weekly Security Report

-Supervise drafting and dissemination of Security Incident Reports

Requirements：

- high levels of organizational ability

- technical competence understanding capabilities and apllication of electronic access control, CCTV, communication, vehicle tracking and alarm systems

- ability to lead and remain calm in emergency situation

- Strong bilingual Chinese/English capability both written and verbal

- good communication and interpersonal skills

- sharp powers of observation and analysis

- ability to lead and manage small teams in a field environment

- Strong administrative skills
