Description:

The Technical Product Manager (or Agile Product Owner) will act as Product Domain Owner for one or many Product Domains. Within the Product Domain the APO will take responsibility for and drive changes from early definition and requirement analysis to customer installation and phase out. This includes:

· Assist Product owner to aggregate and analyze Product Domain requirements from customers, strategic product management and sales and transform them into suitable product backlog items

· Actively develop requirements in the product backlog for both the current and the next release

· Ensure a consistent end-to-end User Experience in the Product Domain

· Ensure a consistent use of terminology in the Product Domain

· Actively cooperate with the Product Owner and help prioritize the backlog.

· Have daily contact with the design teams that implement a backlog item, to clarify, try out new software and make needed decisions. Act as stakeholder for that specific backlog item.

· Communicate externally and internally technical aspects of the Product Domain

· Inform product support, BUGS, sales support and sales of new and enhanced features in the Product Domain

· Provide Product Domain specific descriptions and presentations to be published in the Product Catalog

· Participate in customer sales meetings to demo and discuss the Product Domain

· Build relations with strategic customers

Qualification:

· Assist in customer workshops and strategic RFI, RFP, RFQ work.

· Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or related area

· Over two years experience on product management work and used to be key contributor for at least one commercial real-time communication or management system.

· Strong technical background on Java or C++ SW development.

· Solid understanding of business, product/solution and UX.

· Solid relevant working experience of product development, solution/architecture design, and technical marketing/sales.

· Excellent presentation and communication skills.

· Excellent documentation skills.

· Good leadership.

· Fluent in both written and spoken English.
