职位描述：1、组织领导公司的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、审计监察、存货控制等方面工作，加强公司经济管理，提高经济效益；
2、主持制订公司的财务管理、会计核算和会计监督、预算管理、审计监察、库管工作的规章制度和工作程序，经批准后组织实施并监督检查落实情况；
3、掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动情况，及时向总经理和董事长汇报工作情况；
4、负责审核签署公司预算、财务收支计划、成本费用计划、信贷计划、财务报告、会计决算报表，会签涉及财务收支的重大业务计划、经济合同、经济协议等；
5、领导交待的其他财务相关工作。
岗位要求：1、本科及本科以上；
2、具有较全面的财务专业知识和财务管理经验，熟悉财务相关法律法规、税法政策、投资、企业财务制度和流程；
3、对财务管控、营运分析、资金筹划、预算管理、融资等方面有丰富的经验；
4、具有大型制造企业财务管理，融资工作经验；
5、较强的沟通、协调能力和团队精神，良好的工作责任心和职业道德；
