Job Responsibilities:

1.a smart and aggressive experienced recruiting professional who has prior experience in managing a headhunting team;

2.good at growing team, business development and client relationship;

3.able to drive team performance, make yearly budget and target, motivate team;

4.Responsible for team’s headcount plan, internal recruitment and on the job coaching;

5.Regularly catch up with team member to review all their key performance indicator;

6.Conduct regular team meeting and sharing to cultivate a learning culture within the team.

Key requirements:

1.bachelor or above;

2.4-6 years recruitment or sales management background;

3.possess a proven track record in account/relationship management, as well as business development;

4.ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment;

5.strong communication and presentation skill;

6.strong leadership and business acumen.
