工作职责：

1. 顾问的指导和帮助下分析并理解每一个职位的工作职责和要求,进行人才搜寻；

2. 协助顾问进行电话寻访；

3. 负责市场信息收集和管理，包括：新公司资料、公司招聘信息、人才市场动态等；

4. 负责人才资料库的管理，包括人才资录入、更新、登记等；

5. 协助所在团队进行行业分析工作；

Working closely with the Business Manager/Consultant, your primary focus will be on systematic searching and sourcing of appropriate candidates for our clients.

职位要求：

1. 大专或本科以上学历；

2. 有冲劲，愿意接受挑战

3. 有责任心，学习能力强，工作态度细心积极、能承受工作压力；

4. 有志于往人力资源及销售方向发展；

5. 良好的英语能力，大学英语四级以上；

6. 熟练的Word, Excel 及相关电脑操作能力；

7. 有参与学生会活动及销售类兼职工作者优先考虑；

-Degree holder in any discipline;
-The ability to read and write English is the MUST and oral English ability is a PLUS;
-Experience in tel.-sales or tel.-research will be a PLUS;
-Dynamic, ambitious, committed to success, inquisitive, analytical, organized, as well as effective communication skills;
-Team player while being able to work independently and under pressure;
-Computer literate;
