Responsibilities:

· Contributes from a Human Resources point of view to the definition of the vision, strategy and policy for the plant.

· Manage and implement effective HR programs and processes to meet challenges of the business in the following aspects: Organization Effectiveness, Staffing, Compensation, Learning and Development and Talent Management.

· Partner management to identify, design and implement effective human resource interventions and change management initiatives to boost employee engagement and business result

· Provide professional advice and support to management and employees on all human resource related matters.

· Provide employee relations counseling, advice and guidance to management and employees on human resources and regulated matters to ensure company compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines.

· Investigate employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and recommend appropriate action.

· Conduct exit interviews and coordinate outplacement services.

Requirements:

· University degree with at least 8 years of HR experience, of which majority should be HR generalist background in MNC plant environment.

· Good communication and good English skills

· Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills required

· Good ability to handle conflicts, able to work under pressure

· Good working knowledge and familiarity with human resources concepts, practices, procedures and employment laws required.

· Knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training principles

· Fluency in English
