IT Helpdesk (Savills Chengdu)
This position will mainly focus on Regional office daily IT support and network infrastructure, application project implementation assistance is required as well.

Responsibilities:
- Working as a member of helpdesk team;
- Providing computer system installation/rebuild (hardware/software);
- Resolving operating system and software(office/outlook/IP phone, etc) problem;
- Resolving hardware issues, printing issues, phone issue, VPN issue and network connectivity issues;
- Providing meeting room equipment maintenance ( Phone / Projector / Polycom video / Polycom audio / TV / Audio system);
- Providing cabling system/ printer maintenance;
- Providing IT asset / inventory management;
- Providing IT orientation to end users;
- Log all works and services into the company's helpdesk system;
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge database;
- Assist in application project implementation.
- Stay current on latest technical innovations in the industry, specifically as it applies to MS Windows and related products;

Requirement:
- Good knowledge in Microsoft windows platform such as Windows XP/Windows 7;
- Good knowledge in office/outlook/Adobe Acrobat, etc;
- Good knowledge in networking/ IP telephony, etc;
- At least 3 year working experience of IT helpdesk area or IT infrastructure maintenance area;
- Experience in identifying problems and determining resolution to issues on PC and associated hardware and software;
- Experience in IT project implementation preferred as a plus
- Good communication skill;
- Working level English and Mandarin speaking and writing skills;
- Fast learner and self-motivator;
- Warm, outgoing personality. Good Team-work experience;
- Bachelor degree in engineering, IT related is preferred;
