Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans which support the overall objectives of the hotel.

Achieve budgeted revenues ,control labor costs and expenses, and maximize profitability within all areas of responsibility.

Prepare and submit statistical, performance, and forecast analyses and reports as required.

Communicate to appropriate departments all pertinent information related to the expected arrival and departure of VIP’s and other key guests, or other special guest needs.

Using his or her knowledge of the market environment and hotel teams, the manager suggests ways to give impetus to the services on offer, particularly co-meeting and events.

Responsible for directing and evaluating the day-to-day operational activities of the hotel to facilitate achievement of stated operational goals and profitability objectives.

Enhance guest satisfaction . Ensures the team's talents are developed.

Coordinates for functional responsibility , the development of annual and three-year strategic business and financial plans to set forth measurable goals and objectives.

Oversees development of division/department head input and approves submitted plans.

Ensures cost effectiveness of resource utilization and quality of services provided.

In depth knowledge of Hotel Operations. Strong Food & Beverage Management background with 5 star hotels . China experience preferred.
