工作职责
1 负责美国留学意向生的日常电话咨询、网络咨询、面访接待；
2 对客户的学习情况跟踪，监督鼓励学生完成学习计划，及时有效地解决学员在学习过程中的问题；
3 参与市场宣传，跟进和开发潜在客户，维护新老客户；
4 协助市场部做市场调查和分析；
5 配合美国总部顾问高效率为客户服务。

任职要求
1 大专以上学历，两年以上出国留学类工作经验优先，或课程销售咨询经验者优先；
2 具备良好的营销知识和营销能力；
3 具有一定的沟通能力、判断能力、良好的团队精神，有事业心、责任心、进取心；
4 形象良好，思维敏捷，口齿清晰，有亲和力；
5 良好的英文沟通能力。
