Responsibilities:

1. Being responsible for promoting within ECI-Metro safe and clean working environment that complies with the Occupational Health, Safety and regulations and Chinese law.

2. Develop, Implement and support company safety procedures and safe working practices, with the aim of reducing injuries, accidents and incidents, and develop a recording system for injuries.

3. Ensure regional activities are such that LTI, MTI and TRIFR are key focuses and that daily tasks are done with ultimate achievement of company targets are met on these KPI’s.

4. Assist Safety Committee to complete annual safety target according to corporate annual plan.

5. Collect and analyze accident/incident report from safety representative per month, develop long-term improvement action plan and follow up actual progress.

6. Make risk prevent action plan for potential safety and health risk as per feedback back from safety representatives.

7. Understand safety condition of each branch operation, and give reasonable suggestion if any accident /incident or risk happens.

8. Compare safety inspection result from branches, find out gaps and problems, and provide guiding suggestion to each branch to prevent same hazard or risk happen again.

9. Report out health & safety progress in safety committee meeting.

10. Keep sustainable communication and implementation of safety policy and procedure.

11. Encourage the team to behave in a safe manner and share information related to actual or potential risks or hazards by offering OHS&E training accordingly.

12. Cooperate with safety representatives on all matters relating to the safety or health of persons in the workplace.

Requirements:

1. Under graduate college and above degree majoring in safety engineering, mechanical engineering, and certified safety engineer is preferred.

2. More than 5 years safety management work experience, and familiar construction and mining industry.

3. Good knowledge on the laws, regulations and policies of the state and local security.

4. Have the strong organization, coordination, supervision and team management ability.

5. Good command of English both in speaking and writing.

6. Can skilled use of various office software (CAD/PPT/PDF/EXCEL/WORD).

7. Strong desire to succeed.
