职位描述

工作职责:
1, 员工关系
1) 积极倡导公司企业文化,与管理层密切协作不断提出创新建议优化企业文化。
2) 及时处理关系到公司全局战略的员工关系的各方面问题。
3) 维持工作纪律保持工作氛围的和谐愉快。
4) 负责员工关怀,包括处理员工关系,员工抱怨,劳动争议等各种问题。
5) 搭建维护不同的公司内部沟通渠道和沟通活动。
6) 以创新的方式组织公司各种活动提升团队精神。

2, 政策及流程
1) 协助更新员工手册中相关的人力资源政策、流程、规章,雇佣条款等方面内容。
2) 负责日常沟通,及时向员工解释相关政策流程的变化及更新。
3) 就当地劳动法律要求的各方面向管理层提供咨询服务。

3, 人力资源日常支持工作
1) 针对新老员工,负责劳动合同或实习协议的签订或续签。
2) 处理社保及公积金事宜。
3) 监督外籍员工签证申请及延期等事宜。
4) 更新公司网站特别是博客等与员工关系相关的页面内容。

任职要求:
1, 大学本科以上学历,人力资源,心理学或企业管理相关专业
2, 2年以上实际员工关系工作经验,有国际化团队经验者优先
3, 熟悉当地劳动法律法规并有相关实际处理经验
4, 优秀的沟通能力。英文流利。
5, 优秀的分析,解决问题的能力,优秀的人际关系能力,压力管理能力
6, 优秀的监督,指导,发展及激励员工的能力
7, 性格温和亲切,优秀的冲突处理能力
8, 在人力资源其他模块有工作经验者优先考虑

Responsibilities:
1. Employee relationship
1) Actively advocate the defined company culture and work with management team to proactively bring up innovative advice to improve company culture.
2) Be responsible for providing timely and strategic employee relations engagement and management
3) Maintain employee discipline and workplace harmony
4) Handle critical employee relation issues, grievances, labor dispute and counseling on work-related problems
5) Develop various communication channels and activities
6) Organize company events and activities in innovative way to increase team spirit

2. Policies & procedures
1) Support to update HR policies, procedures, rules/regulations, employment terms and conditions and employee handbook
2) Communicate policy/procedure changes and updates to all employees on a regular basis
3) Advise the management on local legislative requirements

3. HR administration
1) Labor contract and internship agreement maintenance, including new signing and renew
2) Handle social benefit and housing fund issues
3) Monitor the foreign staff visa application and renewal
4) Update and maintain company’s website, especially the blog pages

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree. HR or business administration related major
2.2 years+ actual Employee Relationship experience, preferable in an international team
3. Solid knowledge of local employment laws, HR policies, guidelines and experience
4. Good communication skills, fluent oral English
5. Good consulting, analytic, problem solving, interpersonal and pressure management skills
6. Good ability to supervise, mentor, develop and motivate staff
7. Easy-going personality .Good conflict management skills
8. Experience in other HR function will be a plus
