职位描述
职位要求：
· 通信及相关专业，硕士以上学历
· 3年及以上GNSS导航，或通信相关领域的算法研究经验
· 熟练运用C/Matlab建模工具，
· 了解数字IC设计流程和算法实现的方法
· 熟悉GNSS接收机的工作原理优先；
· 有耐心，协调能力强，具有团队合作精神
· 有钻研精神，对新的项目适应性比较强，能够在Manager 的任务布置后，独立按照要求完成工作。
· 岗位职责：
· 负责本公司GNSS基带，以及其他领域项目算法研究，进行功能设计，性能调试；
· 参与构建GNSS基带性能的提高，新功能的仿真和实现
· 指导/参与ic前端设计工程师完成算法相关的RTL前端设计
· 指导/参与嵌入式软件工程完成算法相关的软件编写
· 参与芯片测试，并提供改进意见和方案，负责指标的评审和认证
· 新项目的算法预研。
