Job Responsibilities
1.In charge of HC controlling and relevant reporting
2.In charge of sales and admin.Cost control
3.In charge of contract and invoice payment(including tax saving process streamlining)
4.In charge of intercompany service cost tracking
5.Participate in working out Business plan
6.Participate in month end closing activites,monthly reporting as well as related analysis
7.Close communication and cooperation with local plant functions as well as Bosch overseas plants
8.Other tasks asssigned by department manager.
Requirements
1.Bachelor degree in Accounting,Finance or related field
2.At least 3years related working experience in an MNC company
3.Solid knowledge of US GAAP,PRC GAAP
4.Strong understanding of financial statements and financial systems .
5. Advanced excel skill and SAP experience
6.Good interpersonal people management and communication skills
