Manufacturing Section Manager
Job Responsibilities
1.Evaluate and establish manufacturing system and related facilities according to customer requirement and Bosch Standard.
2.Lead staff team and workshop personnel towards target achievement.
3.Lead improvement of production performance and personnel performance.
4.Review and approve of technical documentations for production, including layout, process flow, instruction, procedure, production routing, equipment & tooling release, P-FMEA, etc.
5.Review and approve of quality documentation (control plan, quality procedure, etc) according to Bosch Quality System Procedures.
6.Initiate human resource, investment and budget plan according to volume forecast.
7.Monitor and control the status of above plans.
8.Evaluate training needs and personnel development in the area.
9.Lead teamwork projects in the area in order to reduce costs, improve quality and satify customer requriements (CIP, BPS activities).
10.Use of quality and problem solving tools in daily works (Poka-Yoke, PDCA, 8D, KT, etc)
11.Review of actions to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities related to product, process and quality system through appropriate quality tools.
12.Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
13.Continously comply with plant safety, environment procedures and regulations including proper use of industrial safety equipments.
14.Participate in quality activies and follow/maintain QS9000/TS16949 requirements.
15.Contribute and support product release activities (PPAP/ISIR/Audit).
16.Contact with other Bosch Plants in order to exchange necessary information.
17.Cooperate with and support department manager in department reporting and CC-related tasks.
Requirements
1.More than 6 years working experience in manufacturing area, better in automotive industrial.
2.More than 2 years in mgt position
3.At least 3 years in non-asian company and used to western style management
4.Excellent command of English
5.Able to work in German based on business environment, communicate and cooperate with Bosch-Expat managers
6.Ability to adapt to changing circumstance
7.Extroverted and open minded, achieving style personality of quick responsiveness
8.Initiative/pro-active, creative and target oriented
9.Able to provide ownership to responsible field
10.Leadership and social competence combined with directed communication ability
11.Computer literate in business sofeware applications
