Job Responsibilities
1.Reduces scrap and rework rates.
2.Monitors operations, audits parts, and when required performs adjustments necessary to maintain proper setup and to ensure quality production.
3.Initiates corrective actions if SPC data shows "out-of-control" conditions.
4.Instruct associates in the proper use and care of machines, tools, and measuring instruments.
5.Provide technical support for P-FMEA/ Control Plan setup and update
6.Instructs associates as to the correct operational sequences and procedures to follow and monitors the work performed to ensure quality and timely production and suggests necessary actions for improvements.
7.Recommends improvements to supervisor to obtain optimum use of individual skills and abilities to assure the most effective utilization of the group and production of quality work pieces.
8.Performs changeovers and setup on machines, fixtures and measurement devices.
9.Reduces setup time and general downtimes.
10.Improves the production output and the utilization of equipment.
11.Must be capable of operating and troubleshooting machines and equipment.
12.Interpreting test specifications, parts list, process sheets, etc.
13.Analyzes equipment/machine problems, performs repairs, or initiates corrective actions if beyond scope of experience.
14.Performs additional assignments as directed.
Requirements
1.5 years working experience in manufacturing area
2.Be familiar with APQP, PFMEA, control plan key production control documents.
3.The ability to work in a team oriented environment
4.A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and strong work ethic
5.The ability to adapt to changes
6.Must possess good communication and interaction skills.
