职位描述
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for Site Inspection of Schueco Project in related regions.
Work on site by arrangement of related region’s needs.
Inspector key performance:
-- must ensure 100% Schueco material is used in installation
-- must be able to support on site for installation quality, establish a checklist by Tec guideline.
-- must have the ability to enforce better quality standards during installation
-- must know international building and installation standards
-- reports any unusual or suspicious practices during installation to related Sales Director
-- prevent mistakes during installation (e.g. wrong installation of fittings)
Has close contacts with all parties of construction, i.e. fabricator and installer
Must be able to create a clear and flawless site-inspection report
Cooperate with ASM by related projects.
Qualifications
Colleage or University degree of civil engineering, architect or construction engineering etc.
At least 3 years working experience on project site inspection in construction industry
Site experience is more important if the academic is lower than request.
Good communication skills
Good English skills
Knowledge background of aluminum WD system, facades is in priority.

岗位职责：
负责所属区域的旭格项目的现场检查工作，
在需要的相关区域项目现场工作，
现场检验员的主要职责：
——必须确保旭格材料100%用于安装；
——必须能够支持现场安装质量,根据技术方针制定检查清单；
——必须在安装过程中执行更好的质量标准；
——必须知道国际建筑和安装标准；
——向销售总监报告任何在安装方面不寻常或可疑行为
——在安装期间,防止错误发生(例如,配件的错误安装)
与所有建筑方保持密切合作，如合作伙伴和安装工人。
必须能够制作清晰和完美的现场检查报告
与所属项目的区域销售经理很好的协调配合。
任职资格：
土木工程,建筑师或建筑工程等相关专业大专或本科以上学历；
至少3年在建筑行业项目现场检查的工作经验；
现场的经验更为重要，即使理论方面低于要求；
良好的沟通技巧；良好的英语能力，
铝合金门窗系统知识背景，有幕墙经验者优先。
