岗位职责：
1、负责日常客服人员的培训及团队管理；
2、负责商场现场活动的接待及咨询、导购工作；
3、商户、顾客投诉处理及意见搜集、反馈、存档；
4、参与商户满意度和顾客满意度调查活动；
5、负责客服中心日常管理工作；
6、做好商户、会员、顾客回访工作；
7、完成上级领导交代的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，市场营销或酒店管理等相关专业；
2、具有商场、购物中心或星级酒店服务工作3年以上经验，1年以上团队管理经验；
3、有较好的沟通协调能力，敏锐的观察能力，能独立处理突发事件；
