Providing support in SATEE to the company Project Manager for the execution of the Project
?To support project team to liaison with client, partners, tenders & projects director and customer director for project issues;
?Resolution of claims and concessions to/from customers, consortium partners, contractors and sub-suppliers for the allocated scope of work.
?To support project manager to develop and manage the relationship with the customer and end user, ensuring communication is clear and addressing issues effectively.
?Follow up the action plans decided with PM.
?Support PM on preparing Project Reviews and meetings.
?Represent PM in meetings while PM is not available after authorized.
?To manage project payment affairs to ensure getting payment from customer on time.
?To provide administrative and logistic support to Project Management Team.
?To manage documentation related to Project Management.
?To arrange logistics for meetings, trainings.
?To translate documents (from Chinese to English)
?To prepare official Letters.

Requirements
? B.S. degree (engineering preferred)
? At least 3 years project execution experience with 1 year experience as managerial role in multinational company
? PMI certified or equivalent preferred
? Knowledge of how to schedule and track complex projects
? Good computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets
? Excellent management and interpersonal skills
