前台岗位职责
1,负责公司前台电话接听、转接和记录，公司来客接待登记，各种报刊杂志的订阅管理和分发，快件寄送签收分发；
2,负责公司各类文件打印、复印、传真、扫描，以及日常表单、文件等的管理，并根据业务需要及时补充并更新；
3,负责公司日常会务安排和会议记录
4,负责员工订餐、饮用水、零食药品等供应的支持保障，负责员工各类费用报销及管理；
5,负责公司办公用品定期计划、采购、保管和发放，建立台账，编制报表并作统计分析；
6,负责公司员工名片印制和公司VI宣传品（台历、T-shirt、宣传册、手提袋、信封、名片等）的印刷；负责公司低值易耗品、杂项物品及礼品管理（采购、领用、登记及费用统计等）
7,负责公司员工考勤管理与月报表提交统计，门禁系统维护；
8,负责协助公司人力资源部工作；包括面试电话通知、会议室预定、交通安排，候选人职位申请表填写说明等；
9,负责协助公司商业保险和人事外包机构的日常沟通支持，维系良好的对外关系；
10;负责公司各类文体活动的开展和支持；维护和推进公司办公环境的持续改进；
11,按时完成领导交办的其他工作任务；
岗位要求：
1,形象气质佳，普通话流利；
2,大专及以上学历；相关行政工作经验者优先；
3,良好的英语读写能力，CET4级或以上优先；
4,熟练使用office办公软件及自动化设备；
5,较好的文字表达能力；
6,具备较强的理解能力，良好的社交沟通协调能力，以及较强的语言表达能力；
7,具备良好的服务意识和敬业精神，具有较强的团队合作精神；
8,服从上级下达的工作安排，能承受有压力的工作环境。
