任职要求：
1、高中或以上专科学历；
2、熟悉并能识别常用元器件、熟悉电子电路的基本知识，能够按照装配图纸进行生产；
3、具有机械装配相关知识，一年以上机装相关工作经验；
4、有贴片电容电阻焊接经验、微波电路装配工作经验优先；
5、有电子、电路调试经验者优先；
6、电装技工女性优先；
7、爱岗敬业，身体健康、有责任心，具有团队精神。

岗位职责：
电装技工：
1、负责电路板的手工焊接，确保焊接质量符合规定要求；
2、熟悉常用元器件，包括：IC器件、电容、电阻、电感等；
3、了解PCB焊接工艺，严格按工艺文件要求执行并做好相关的记录。
调试技工：
1、根据产品设计文档完成对产品的生产调试与测试，并出具生产测试报告；
2、产品入库前的总体装配，质检完成后箱体封箱及检查；
3、产品升级和售后服务支持；
4、监测系统的测试调试工作。
机装技工：
1、产品结构件的微加工及组装工作；
2、试制产品的结构配合；
3、协同质检人员对产品生产工艺、装配工艺进行检查与确认；
4、产品检验合格后的入库及发货前的包装和搬运；
5、维护保养机装设备和量具。
