-For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in Jin Shan,we are looking for a Secretary to GM GM 秘书.

What are my responsibilities?

-Organize the signature process in MO according to the business requirements;

-Organize meeting, visits and workshops on smooth way and facilitate the preparation and the follow up actions;

-Organize the bi-yearly Meeting of the BoD;

-Establish and maintain the document filing;

-Meeting materials preparation (English and Chinese);

-Meeting and related travel organization;

-Draft and translate all kinds of documents as required by MO, such as memos, minutes, reports, presentation, etc.

-Projects assigned by MO;

-Organize incoming mails and phone calls screen;

-schedule and travel arrangement for MO;

-Secretary to the Compliance Review Board and support RIC Coordinator;

-Personal issues of MO and related expatriates as required;

-As the interface for internal and external communication.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-Computer literacy especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

-Business communication and presentation oral and written;

-Office management;

-Languages English, Mandarin and preferred also German;

-Familiar with relevant business processes like contract management, supply chain management, Product lifecycle management and Logistic.

What else do I need to know?

-At least two year working experience in secretary position, previous manufacturing experience preferred;

-Honest, trustworthy and responsible with a strong working ethic and self motivation.
