职位:区域销售经理
岗位职责:
负责项目跟踪,商务谈判,与制造商的合同签订。以及合同和项目实施中的协调和问题解决。
管理制造商,提供技术和销售支持。
与制造商保持良好的合作关系,以确保持续的合作。
收集竞争对手的产品和市场信息,并对他们的优点和缺点进行外部分析。密切关注竞争对手的行动,并及时汇报。
协助检查和跟踪销售订单,并在完成项目的同时帮助解决问题。
获取新客户。
维护和更新数据库中的相关资料(CPS系统)。
协助物流部协调材料运输和提货。
负责客户的收款。
任职要求:
大学以上学历,机械工程及自动化、机电一体化、机械电子工程或相关专业毕业为佳。
善于团队合作并有良好的品牌意识和服务意识。
2年以上在外资公司工作的经验。
能克服工作压力,良好的沟通能力并愿意经常出差。
有门窗或建筑材料行业工作经验优先。
能够使用英语或德语沟通。
善于使用办公软件。

Job Description:
Projects tracking, business negotiation, contract signing with fabricators. Coordinate and solve problems in implementation of contract and project.
Fabricators management, technical and sales support to them.
Maintain good relationships with fabricators to ensure continuous cooperation.
Collect competitors’ products and market information and provide external analysis to their advantages and disadvantages. Closely pay attention to the action of competitors and report timely.
Assist in checking and following sales order and help to solve problems in fulfilling projects.
Acquisition of new customers.
Maintain and update database in project service system (CPS).
Assisting Logistics in coordinating (material deliveries) and pick-ups.
Responsible for collections of customer’s payment.
Qualifications:
University degree majoring in mechanical/electronic engineering or related major.
A good team player and have good consciousness of brand and service.
Above 2 years experiences in foreign company.
Work under pressure, good communication skill and willing to travel.
Working background in window/door or construction material industry will be preferable.
Excellent English or German communication skill.
Good at Ms-Office.
