Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the division, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting and appraising performance objectives; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
负责整个部门的管理、协调和评估，包括员工的面试，招募和培训，计划、编制并指导工作，制定修改绩效目标，管理激励员工，处理投诉解决问题
2. Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations of production, material and warehouse. Communicate needs, set direction, manage the production and resources to effectively execute production schedule；
负责规划、指导并协调生产、物料和仓库的运作。协调需求，指导并管理生产和资源以便有效地执行生产计划
3. Effective management of production, equipment utilization and personnel to ensure safety, productivity and product quality；
有效地管理生产、设备利用率和人员以确保安全、生产效率和产品质量
4. Accountable for keeping an adequate supply of materials on hand for efficient and timely execution of production schedule
负责保持合理的物料供应来保证有效及时地完成生产计划
5. Monitors and proactively responds to production and material related issues. Identify problems, collect data, make suggestions, monitor and measure improvements, communicate and coordinate the activities of manufacturing to coordinate the needs of production
监督并主动地处理生产及物料相关问题。定义问题，收集数据，提供建议，执行并跟踪改进活动，协调并沟通制造活动来满足生产需求
6. Responsible for executing and supporting the quality system and procedures in the effort for continuous improvement
负责执行并支持质量体系和程序的持续改进活动
7. Close communication with all related departments to ensure on time deliveries
跟各相关部门密切沟通确保及时发运
8. Improve the internal logistics process in order to meet customer requirements, optimize costs, lead times and efficiency
改善内部流程以满足客户需要，优化成本、交期和效率
9. Inventory management, optimize planning, material request work flow and process to reduce RM, WIP and FG inventory
库存管理，优化计划、物料需求、工作流来减少原料、半成品和成品的库存
10. Manage the warehouse
管理仓库
11. Organize and analyze varied of reports, monitor all relevant KPI
整理和分析报表，关注所有相关KPI


Qualification岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above prefer in engineering
本科以上学历，技术背景优先
2. At least 5 years of shop floor experience and 3 year related managerial experience in manufacturing environment.
最少5年以上生产现场管理经验，3年以上同等职位管理经验
3. Familiar with shop floor, planning, material control and warehouse management
熟悉生产现场、计划、物料控制和仓库管理
4. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing Practices would be an advantage
熟悉精益生产实践的优先考虑
5. Have experience of ERP and good skill of excel.
有ERP的使用经验，熟练使用Excel.
6. Good ability to analyze and solve problems, strong organizational and coordination skills.
良好的分析问题、解决问题能力，很好的组织和协调能力
7. Sensitive to number and details
良好的数字和细节管理能力
8. Able to work under pressure and strong desire to achieve aggressive targets
