Responsibilities岗位职责:

1. Ensure that a high standard of EHS is maintained at the RHKS facility with conformance to applicable EHS legislation and adherence to RHKS EHS Policy. Set up EHS targets and supporting action plan with the management and ensure implementation throughout the organization；
确保瑞泰昆山的设备维持高度的环境健康安全标准，符合环境健康安全法和瑞泰昆山环境健康安全政策。制定环境健康安全的目标并支持管理层执行计划并确保在整个组织内实施
2. Define and implement EHS training needs to continuously equip the organization with the required EHS competence；
制定并执行环境健康安全培训以持续提高组织所需的环境健康安全能力。
3. Handle daily EHS activities, such as site monitoring, accident prevention and investigation, risk analysis and environmental assessment, implementation support in local emergency plan；
处理日常环境健康安全活动，如现场监测、事故预防、调查风险评估和环境评估、当地紧急情况发生时所需的支持。
4. Participate in new, modified and expansion projects, and actively provide EHS advice and support
参与新的、修改和扩建项目，积极提供环境健康安全建议和支持。
5. Maintain a positive relationship with internal parties (e.g. other departments/units) and external parties (e.g. government authorities, communities, business partners);
与内部（如其他部门）和外部（如政府机构，社团，商业伙伴）维持积极的关系。
6. Be responsible for prevention and management of occupational health issues
负责职业健康问题相关的预防和管理。
7. Formulas and implements preventative programs for utility systems, equipment and building maintenance
规划并执行公用系统、设备和楼宇维修的防护工作
8. Manage a variety of outside contractors and suppliers to ensure a quality delivery of the services meeting corporate requirements；
管理各种外部承包商和供应商以确保服务满足企业需求的优质交付。
9. Implement all maintenance and general procurement of materials and parts, schedules installations and oversees that such repairs are accomplished in a safe and timely manner
执行物料和部件的维护和采购，规划安装进度，监控安装能安全及时的完成。
10. Conducts in-service training and implements safety regulations and programs;
开展在职培训，实施安全规章和方案
11. Be responsible to elaborate and maintain all technical documents linked to Buildings and Facilities (i.e. electrical drawings, lay-out, agreements...)
负责阐述并维护所有与建筑和设备有关的技术文件（如电气图纸、布局设计和协议等）
12. Be responsible for improvement and reduction of running costs (power consumption, water...)
负责改进并减少运行成本（耗电量、水等）


Qualification岗位要求:

1. Bachelor degree or above prefer in engineering;
本科以上学历，工程教育背景优先
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in EHS in manufacturing environment;
至少3年以上制造环境下关于环境健康安全的相关工作经验
3. Knowledge of safety & environmental engineering, in depth knowledge of national EHS legislation;
了解安全和环境工程，对国家环境健康安全法律法规有深入的了解
4. Good understanding of facility issues, maintenance issues, contracts management, project management and financial management;
对设备问题、维护问题、合同管理、项目管理和财务管理有良好的认识
5. Prefer to have internal Auditor certificate of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificate;
有环境管理体系内审员ISO14001证书和OHSAS18001证书者优先
6. Good interpersonal skills with high initiative, and able to interact effectively with line personnel at all levels；
良好的人际交往能力和高的主动性，能够有效的和各级人员互动
7. Good PC skills, such as Auto CAD, MS Office;
良好的电脑能力，如AutoCAD, MS Office
