1. Assists to Purchasers for procurement of assigned items :

- Prepares and places the Purchase Orders (PO) based on approved requisitions & specifications, analyses quotation received, and obtains confirmation of delivery

- Release the Purchasing Notice (PN) and follow-up

- Coordinate with vendor and internal departments to follow up the deliveries (date, quantity, right product)

2. Deals with all-to-day transactions according to defined guidelines for insuring the products quality, on-time order delivery, costs effective, non-conformity products, complaints…

3. Provides administrative support for procurement of assigned items : records, quotation, potential vendors listing, management system.

4. Maintains accurate data in ERP system

5. May maintain the monthly & yearly Reporting

6. Key Performance Indicators QCD :

- Quality / Claims indicators performance

- Lead-time / Respect of lead-time for project development

- Lead-time / On-time delivery performance

Qualifications：

1.Purchasing experiences with related categories

2.Purchasing’ tools proficiency

3.Must be resourceful with strong procurement skills.

4.Highly organized, excellent communication skills.

5.Computer literate in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

6.Fluent in English (verbal and writing skills).

7.Able to work independently and under pressure.

8.Willing to learn and highly committed.
