Responsibilty:

l. Develop & execute the marketing plan for China. This includes marketing plans for assigned product lines to set the strategic direction in terms of positioning, pricing and promotional strategies & tactics. Implementation of those plans in local markets, together with both distributors or direct sales force
2. Product Portfolio: Parking Management and Revenue Control Systems, Parking Guidance System, Vehicle tracking and Find Your Car System..
3.Management of product line (product definition, launches, promotion, forecasting, demand planning). Conduct market analysis to support the market development of new products
4.Actively support the launches of new products in local markets. Develop an effective tracking system to evaluate customer acceptance & collect case reports
5.Organize exhibitions, technical seminars, experience sharing forum, etc.
6.Develop and maintain excellent relationships to key accounts, ELV contractors, electrical and parking consultants, and property management companies.
7.Provide hands-on trainings and product demonstrations to distributors & customers, build & maintain expert product knowledge.Communicate product expertise.
8.Consistently and effectively communicate appropriate product, market, competitive information to distributors, direct sales force in order to maximize sales results
9.Publishing of company News Letters and distribution to existing/potential customers, system integrators, partners/dealers, etc.

Requirements:

l.Bachelor degree holder in Marketing
2.At least five years plus working experience in marketing capital goods to business customers, preferably in IT systems or equipment used by property developers /or management companies / or parking operators.
3.Willing to travel throughout China
