Job Responsibilities:
1. Establish set of programs to achieve operation excellence on yields, quality and productivity goals.
2. Sustain and improve daily line yield and quality.
3. Establish clear process operating specifications/procedures, engineering change notice, Work Instruction/TCM/Control plan/Base Line.
4. Develop and implement continuous improvement programs in quality yield and other operation issues.
5. Dispose of problematic material in the line daily.
6. Provide necessary corrective action planed for customer-generated CARs.
7. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor
8. Recommend and prepare changes, additions and modifications to facilitate continuous manufacturing improvement.
9. Escalates (Raises) non-standard problems or issues to management
10. Focus on Process & Product Control And Quality & Yield Continue Improvement And VE Projects ( UPeH; Cost Down…)
11. Work well with Production & Equipment Engineer, SQE (for materials), CQE ,PCE, Operations & Training, Facility
12. Ensure Control Process Well With Effective Metrology (MSA/SPC for Metrology)

Job Requirements:

l 3 years or more working experience in related industry is preferred.
l University degree in electricity, mechanics, chemistry, physics or electronics, engineering / science Posses FCA equipment and process knowledge .
l Knowledge in quality & yield continue improvement and recipe implementation is a plus
l Good problem solving approach with data analysis skill that be familiar with JMP knowledge is plus
l Good in communication skills in English.
l English skill both in read and writing Hard working and committed
