Key Job Accountabilities
Lead new project for testing starting from qualification to production
Generate all related specification, ECN, working instructions for production.
Ensure test quality is well controlled
Maximize labor productivity through proper planning, organizing of skill training
Create test golden units and master devices for machine set up and verification.
Work with customer to optimize production flow for reducing cycle time and resolve technical issues.
Work out weekly reports per customer requirement.
Transfer test program from one test platform to another.
Train technicians to improve their work skills. Train test production staff in new procedures/programs.
Maintain consistent standard of conduct and discipline in operation.
Perform any other duties as assigned or required by immediate supervisor
Investigate, analyze and trouble-shoot technical problems related to test processes, programs, and equipment.
Work with senior management to provide and obtain information regarding project direction.
