Responsible for design, develop and implement supplier quality system, deliver product quality standards to supplier to meet the dedicated company or customer’s requirements on quality.

Conduct supplier system assessment and incidence following up, Coordinate the company spec transferring and coaching supplier, monitor supplier change qualification activities relating to QA , internal and/or customer compliant /concerns handling , corrective & preventive actions following up , MRB activities etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow up supplier quality incidence and drive for systematic solutions, deploy guidelines to supplier to ensure an acceptable supplier quality level.

Coordinate quality improvement activities to ensure that material are built according to the company design and/or customer requirements.

Chair / coordinate MRB for disposition of nonconforming material, customer complaint/ Quality concerns handling etc.

Review supplier change qualification requests / reports and ensure that supplier product/process Change are performed per the documented spec/procedures.

Review the material supplier quality performance and push continuous improvement for weak area.

Conduct audit and follow up the implementation of actions plan for audit findings and Drive for supplier continuous system improvement ;

Conduct periodic supplier audit on the corrective actions following up / ESD / DPM Performance review and improvement etc.

Perform general administrative duties and other functions as assigned.
