职位描述
Department: Sales Dept.
Purpose of position: Regional Sales Director must comply with company principles, operation procedures/regulations for all his/her job related activities/behavior. Business Development Director must try his/her best to lead sales channel optimization and new business development and provide support to Sales Department.
Job responsibilities
- Understand and accept company culture and rules of Management and Operation for all function related to Sales operations
- Develop and lead regional sales strategies and initiatives to maximize business opportunities.
- Set up Mid-term and Long-term plan to capture rapidly changing market, ensure the consistency & alignment between region and company.
- Be overall responsible for the region's performance and management, supervise related activities in line with the company's principles and policies.
- Drive sustainable growth, set regional business priorities and lead operation excellence with region team.
- Evaluate region performance KPI, optimize resource allocation and aligned with company policy.
- Develop recruitment strategy to uplift talent pool. Identify High potential candidates and developmental plans, develop succession plan roadmap within key position.
- Analyze the relevant business status in the given market and provide action plan accordingly.
- Establish and optimize sales channel, such as distributor and OEM management guideline/policy.
- Manage functional expense within budget.
Job requirements
- Integrity, Mature and independent, driving for results,flexible,
- University diploma of electronic and electrical engineering, industrial automation or Physics science
- At least 10 years in sales or marketing, should be familiar with the products and applications similar with SICK's products in related focus industry fields, among the 10 years, at least 5 years at manager position.
- Excellent in Excel and good command in other Office applications; Very good command in writing and oral Englis
- Business Acumen; In depth sensor application/or automation component application know-how in the targeted industry; Negotiation skill; Market analytical skill; Customer Knowledge; Building Relationship with Customer; Prospecting and Networking.
