The Client:

Our client is a global leading developer. They are renowned across China and the world for a continuing high level of excellence in service delivery and professionalism. They now require an experienced leasing manager to join their dynamic team.

The person

+ Manage relationships and source new opportunities with existing Japanese tenants over China Portfolio.

+ Assist Leasing team when dealing with new and existing Japanese tenants.

+ Assist Business Development team in China when dealing with new Japanese tenants in the region.

+ Develop relationships and introduce new Japanese customers to China portfolio.

+ Central point of contact for Japanese customers and business in China.

+ Liaise with and develop opportunities for Japanese customers together with team in Japan and China.

+ Develop and implement strategies for management of Japanese customers in China.

+ Any other duties as required by your supervisor or the Company.

The Person

+ At least 5 years working experience in property industry, ideally with industrial and logistics exposure. Candidate with agency background would be preferable.

+ Proven track record of leasing transactions in the PRC especially industrial and logistic customers would be advantageous.

+ Ability to work with local government agencies or authorities in negotiation.

+ Familiar with local PRC regulations and practice in transactions.

+ Excellent relationship with both local and international property agencies and consultants.

+ University graduate in related discipline.

+ Good spoken and written English and Mandarin.

+ Independent and dynamic at working in MNC environment.

+ Good team player and good communication skills to work with both internal and external customers.
