Summarise the purpose of this position to assess its expected contribution to the results of the organisation

l.To manage supplier to achieve on time delivery rate and target cost down.

2.To implement purchasing project to optimize the source

3.To lead components localization

Explain the permanent objectives to be achieved by the position

l Manage supplier performance regularly and achieve ESSR and DPMe target.

l Do negotiation and achieve the target cost down.

l Manage supplier capacity

l Push supplier performance improvement.

l Do purchasing projects to optimize the source.

l Support new product as purchasing leader.

l Support the supplier qualification process

l Manage the sourcing project schedule and organize internal resources to meet the target

Requirements:

l Bachelor or above degree in Engineering discipline

l Over 3 years working experience under industrial background.

l Good problem solving and communication skill

l Initiative, work independently and responsible

l Good English skills, both written and oral
