工作职责：
1、 负责项目的日常管理工作。
2、 根据公司下达目标制定项目总体工程开发计划，并落实和推进一级计划的各项节点。
3、 按照工程开发计划对前期、设计、营销、成本、财务、质量、进度、安全、实施配合总体推进项目的整体把控与管理。
4、 督促完成本项目年度、月度工作及资金计划，执行项目成本目标、控制项目建设过程中工程造价管理及合同管理。
5、 协调营销提出的合理要求，达到销售目的，协调合约部进行成本管理，协调前期部进行前期及相关手续的办理。
6、 按公司制度、合同、招投标文件及国家的相关规范对现场监理、施工单位进行监督、管理。
7、 协调对专项工程设计及重要材料、设备和部件的选型与确认。
8、 协调各专业、各工种、各单位之间的关系，做到统筹兼顾，并对现场施工过程中遇到的问题和突发事件作出正确的判断后解决处理。
9、 组织并督促图纸会审、技术交底，勘察，质监验收及工程例会等。
10、 负责本项目的建设工作，合理安排员工的工作和培训计划，对本项目员工进行考评，整合部门资源，优化配置。
11、 维护公司与政府、行业管理各职能部门的关系，保证项目建设正常进行。
12、 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

岗位要求:
1、大专及以上学历，建筑工程、企业管理或房地产类相关专业；
2、8年以上工作经历，5年以上房地产项目管理经验，其中3年以上项目总经理经历，至少独立负责个两个项目全过程的管理，有商业地产、高端住宅管理经验尤佳；
3、丰富的地产项目运作经验及项目管理知识，精通房地产开发流程和业务模式，包含项目选址、业态定位、规划设计、工程建设、招商运营、营销策划、财务统筹等环节；
4、具有良好的团队领导力及沟通协调能力，有较强的计划编制能力、理解能力及语言表达能力，准确的市场判断力、应变能力；
5、具有良好的职业心态与素养，良好的敬业精神，强烈的责任心，能承受较大的工作压力。
