工作职责：
1.全面负责地产事业部设计部日常管理工作，牵头落实部门工作计划、资金计划，监督、控制本部门工作进度、质量和成本。
2.审核并负责落实开发项目的总体规划工作。
3.编制开发项目规划设计提纲，协助选择优质设计单位承接开发项目的各项设计工作。
4.协调与设计单位的日常业务工作事物及设计中的各类专业技术问题。
5.配合成本控制部门起草、签订规划设计合同，督导规划设计合同的执行工作。
6.对项目规划方案各阶段的执行进行全程把控及实施设计优化工作。
7.保持与合作设计单位的良好沟通，积极做好外部设计单位的工作协调。
8.完成上级领导交派的其他工作。

任职要求：
1、城市规划、建筑学、土木工程等相关专业本科学历。
2、10年以上房地产公司及甲级设计院建筑设计、大型项目规划设计工作经验，五年以上管理经验，有商业综合体设计工作经验尤佳。
3、具有扎实的理论基础，熟悉建筑专业设计规范，较强的逻辑思维，熟悉行业整体发展现状，具有一定前瞻性和创新性。
4、具有独立主持大型房地产项目规划设计、工程开发、设计全过程经验。
5、熟悉房地产开发、设计流程。优秀的组织管理能力和实施执行能力。
