职位描述

Role purpose:
To provide strong oversight on the deliverables of 'PMI services' offered provided to Technology Portfolios, Programs and Projects as agreed.
PMI Services is project management information services.

Responsibilities:
Financial:
- Bring in cost efficiencies through providing offshore PMI services model to major programs across the group
- Ensure efficient execution of PMI services with tangible improvements in productivity

Customer:
- Provide effective and efficient PMI services to Programs / Program portfolio including Issues and Risks Management and Status reporting
- Provide support to Program Directors/ Program managers with project planning, scheduling, tracking/monitoring and reporting activities
- Ensure PMI services provided to programs / portfolios are of expected quality and in line with the customer expectations
- Build strong and positive working relationships with key stakeholders - Program Directors / Program Managers, Project Managers

Process:
- Identify key issues and risks for the programs under the PMI services portfolio. Track and report them as agreed with the program management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly collate data, extract relevant information and put in a presentable format to senior management

People:
- Initiate, lead and implement continuous improvements in the PMI services offering from the team
- Provide leadership and coach/mentor junior PMI team members

Risk and compliance:
- Ensure PMI services provided are inline with with ANZ Project Management/Governance principles and policies
- Maintains a positive and confident attitude when constant change occurs and responds quickly to changed priorities

Requirments:
- Extensive experience with working/running a PMI services focusing on project portfolio, understand SDLC
- Strong expertise and Proficient in MS Office suite including MS Excel (Advanced), Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Project tools like MS Project and Clarity. Experience with collaborative tools like Sharepoint
- Very strong expertise in PM knowledge areas like Risk Management, Issue Management, Communications, Status Reporting
- Tertiary Qualifications and/or Industry standard certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / PgMP)
- Very strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills (written and face to face), ability to lead teams the achieve great results
- Very good English skills
