岗位职责： 1 参与制定、实施、修订物业工程类服务流程专业系统文件，收集、整理公司范围内共性的工程服务流程，进行流程标准化； 2 参与制定房屋（质保期后）的维修方案； 牵头处理房屋重大突发事件 3 组织参与新建项目规划方案设计、初设设计、施工图设计、设备设施选型，参加工程相关会议等，提供功能性意见和建议，提高后期交付管理后业主使用的满意度； 4 根据工程进度，组织技术人员驻场跟进施工进度及质量，熟悉物业及配套设备设施安装调试技术及隐蔽工程，以便于全面掌握产品状况，方便物业接管后管理。 5 制定开发委托的质保中的工程问题的工程整改施工技术方案、变更方案，并组织实施； 6 搜集、整理、完善工程整改技术方案资料，以丰富工程整改经验。 任职资格：大专以上学历，3年以上工程管理、物业管理经验，有两年同岗位经验优先。要求专业能力、沟通协调能力、执行能力强、原则性强
