Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Programmers/SoftwareEngineers/Senior Software Engineer to analyze user requirement, design the
system architecture; develop, implement and maintain the application systems.

Skills Required：

1. Analyze user requirements and develop functional and programspecifications

2. System architecture design

3. Ensure integration of components to achieve satisfactoryperformance

4. Development, implementation and maintenance of applicationsystems

Qualifications:

1. Major in Computer Science or related areas.

2. Good at writing and speaking English

3. 1-3 years of J2EE development experience, functional design and technical design experience is prefered.

4. Strong desire to be an expert in Java domain

5. At least willing travel to overseas for 1 year.
