任职资格：
1.年龄45岁以下，男女不限；
2.5年以上温泉工作经验，2年以上同等职位经验；
3.熟悉温泉和KTV行业市场和运营管理 ；
岗位职责：
1.究制定管理体制;
2.负责核算温泉和KTV各项营运指标及成本计划;
3.研究市场动向、特点、发展趋势和竞争态势，分析经营管理状况，拟订经营方针、决策方案和预算目标;
4.研究、制定和审批场所重大接待活动;
5.负责温泉和KTV员工的任免、选拔、考核、晋升的提议工作;
6.协调各部门关系，处理部门之间发生的问题;
7.参与制定企业中长期发展规划和年度方针目标;
