任职资格：
1、45岁以下，从事客房工作三年以上，一年以上星级酒店楼层主管工作经验；
2、具有一定的协调、沟通管理能力；
岗位职责：
1.负责本部门各项工作，井然有序的开展，维护各项设施设备；
2.保证客房的卫生质量
3. 处理各种突发事件并加以分析
