任职资格：
1.具有中专毕业学历或同等文化程度；
2.语言表达能力强，具有一定的社交能力；
3.熟悉娱乐场所管理法规和各项服务规范；
4.从事娱乐工作5年以上，并具有1年以上领班工作经历；
岗位职责：
1.全面负责会所KTV的经营、节目安排及人员管理，直接对康体娱乐部经理负责；
2.负责辖区部门的设施、设备的使用管理，保证设施、设备完好无损；
3.合理安排下属员工的工作，保证服务规范化、标准化；
4.调动员工的工作积极性，扩大和稳定客源，切实做好KTV包房的正常经营，按时完成每月的计划经济指标任务；
5.与文化管理部门、新闻媒介、上级部门和治安部门保持良好的协作关系，以保持各项经 营符合国家法律、政策的规定；
6.做好员工的考核、考勤工作，负责员工工作质量和服务质量的考评工作，完成领导交办的其它各项任务。
