二、Job responsibilities
1、To write out (draft) lesson plans according to each classes.
2、To prepare the teaching materials according to the lesson plan.
3、To assist the students with their problems.
4、Dress up properly for classes.
三、The requirements
1、With a bachelor or higher degree and a native speaker is preferred.
2、Funny,sociable and comfortable with kids and a high sense of responsibility.
3、With fluent English and standard pronunciation.
4、With language teaching experience and skills.
5、To be available on weekends
6、ESL or EFL certificate is preferred.
