General Purpose:
Work as Senior Software Development Engineer in OSS R&D team, responsible for S/W Design, Implementation, Integration & Verification, and S/W Maintenance. Co-operate with other function teams to make sure the software can be delivered on time with high quality under agile operation mode in Network Management domain.

Main Responsibility Areas:
- Overall responsibility of assigned entities (e.g. features)

- Maintenance legacy components and solve related issues

- Plan and execute items in own area

- Participate work effort estimation and deliverable review in own area

- Support and guide own team’s external interfaces

- Perform system level problem isolation and resolution (i.e. Apply knowledge and experience to
determine root cause and solution)

- Give input to continuous improvement

Key Requirements:

- Strong C++ programming knowledge under Linux environment

- Strong network programming experience, Telecommunication and network management protocols (e.g. TMN, SNMP)

- Good ClearCase/SVN knowledge and experience

- Fluent spoken and written English skill

- Strong system level troubleshooting and problem solving skills

- Knowledge of script languages, like Perl or shell script is a plus

- Knowledge of Java is a plus

- Good Agile and Iterative S/W development experience
- (A)TDD and Test automation experience is a plus

- Master (3+ years’ experience) or Bachelor (4+ years’ experience) degree in S/W engineering,
Computer science or Telecommunication
