Responsibilities：
1. Take charge of direct material purchasing from domestic suppliers according to production / project planning to support factory production
2. Release, negotiate, follow and adjust purchasing plan based on customer demand
3. Work with project team / warehouse on materials status review & do expediting to make sure material availability to factory, prevent production shut down caused by material shortage.
4. Review & analyze material EC&O, usage to update safety stock, inventory manage for target
5. Evaluate supplier performance include OTD, lead time and flexibility capacity
6. Prevent waste materials, stationery, water, and electricity and protect nature

Qualifications：
· Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant working experience in material purchasing or planning
· Proficient in MS office Word, Excel & Power-point.
· Familiar with Oracle System preferred.
· Good written and spoken Mandarin and English, good communication skilss
· Detailed, high sense of responsibility
