作为市场经理，你将帮助我们建立品牌，负责公关宣传，进行广告计划等。
岗位职责：
1, 全面负责熊猫博士游戏在日本或韩国的市场。
2, 发起有创造力的市场推广活动和用户获得策略，提升熊猫博士及每个游戏的品牌关注度、知名度和美誉度。
3, 为熊猫博士品牌建立参与度高并充满激情的用户社区。
4, 制定用户获取计划，衡量成效和推动持续优化之间找到最佳的平衡点。不断的获得，评估和测试新的用户获取渠道。
5, 带领初级市场团队成员。
任职要求：
1, 2年以上手机游戏领域市场工作经验，熟悉IOS, Android各大手游平台
2, 有很强的市场数据分析能力，并在此基础上提出合理化市场建议
3, 很强的自我激励，能够在监督的情况下独立工作
4, 对品牌和设计有良好的概念和意识
5, 有强烈的责任心，在任何情况下都能完成任务、解决问题
6, 本科以上学历
7, 日语或韩语精通，同时英文良好（必备条件）

1,Full marketing responsibility of our Dr. Panda titles in Japanese or Korean Market.
2,Drive creative marketing promotions and user acquisition strategies for the Dr. Panda Brand overall and per title specifically.
3,Build an engaging and passionate community around the Dr. Panda brand.
4,Define user acquisition plans, measure effectiveness and drive continuous optimization to best-leverage your budgets. Constantly source, evaluate, and test new user acquisition channels.
5,Lead a team of junior marketing managers.
Your Profile:
1,At least 2 years experience in mobile game/app marketing
2,Strong data based marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze data and develop fact-based recommendations
3,Self-motivated, able to work with little or no supervision
4,Good feeling for design and brands
5,Responsible and get things done attitude
6,Bachelor’s Degree
7,Must fluent in Japanese or Korean. Can communicate in English
