总部位于成都的多元化地产集团 项目总经理 成都。项目总经理(8000亩旅游地产)长沙。项目总经理(500亩旅游地产) 张家界。
岗位职责：
1、根据公司总体规划，实现项目经营战略和目标；
2、组织制订项目年度预算及利润目标等；
3、负责项目内部团队管理建设，包括人员培训、绩效考核等
4、主持项目的运营及管理工作，组织、制定、实施项目年度经营计划，对计划执行、资金运用和盈亏、机构和人员调配等其他重大事宜的结果全面负责；
5、对项目投资可行性报告、前期策划方案、设计方案、工程预算、采购招标、营销方案和项目决算等重大事项进行审批；
6、负责组织工程成本、资本运作、管理成本、营销成本等成本计划的拟定与审核；
7、负责督促项目的工程进度、质量、安全等各方面的管控工作，及时处理工程突发重大事件；
8、负责内外部关系协调，协调项目内部及与集团总部各部门的业务关系。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，工民建、房地产、企业管理、营销策划等相关专业；
2、10年以上房地产企业工作经验,4年以上城市综合体/住宅建设和运营管理经验；
3、有5年商业地产高级管理及运营经验；
4、熟悉房地产开发、建设、运营各流程和关键环节，有主持过地产项目全开发过程者优先；
5、掌握先进企业管理模式及精要，具有先进的管理理念，善于制定企业发展的战略及具备把握企业发展全局的能力，具有敏锐的商业触觉；
6、具有优秀的领导能力、出色的人际交往和社会活动能力。
7、良好的职业道德操守、判断能力、决策能力、计划能力和谈判能力。
