岗位职责：
1、建立和完善成本核算和控制体系，制订并优化成本、招投标相关业务流程及制度，并监督指导各项目的执行；
2、参与建筑施工图纸、施工组织设计的会审工作，核实设计变更事项等费用
3、负责项目各阶段成本目标的审核、跟踪、预警；
4、负责各项目成本对标管理工作，参与审核及过程跟踪；
5、负责跟踪项目各类工程合同的执行情况，协助解决各项争议问题；
6、负责审核项目年度经营计划成本相关内容及年度资金计划。

任职资格：
1、工民建、工程造价（工程经济）等专业本科以上学历，注册造价师资格优先；
2、8年以上大型房地产企业相关工作经验。（其中管理经验3年以上）
3、熟悉工程管理、预结算管理、成本控制管理、合同管理、招投标管理，熟悉当地预结算、建筑工程相关政策法规。
4、具备优秀的领导力、分析能力及决策能力，具备良好的解决问题能力、沟通能力、组织协调能力及成本意识。
