职位描述：
1．制定本部门各项管理制度并贯彻实施。
2．负责组织制订企业全年营销策划工作计划，并分解落实完成。
3．负责组织新项目所在区域的竞争对手及消费者调查，为制定营销推广方案提供依据。
4．负责主持项目的销售策划、平面制作、宣传推广、媒体选用等工作。
5．负责审定各项目售楼处外部形象与内部装饰装修方案。
6．负责企业整体形象策划和品牌建设，审定各项宣传推广企业形象的公关活动方案。
7．负责主持策划与实施各类企业形象、楼盘项目的推广、促销活动。
8．负责编制各类宣传推广费用的计划，监控预算执行情况。
9．与政府部门、媒体等保持良好关系，开展公关宣传活动，树立企业良好的社会形象。
10．负责对下属人员进行业务指导、培训与考核工作。
11．完成领导临时交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1．营销策划类相关专业，本科及以上学历。
2．8年以上房地产行业工作经验，5年左右同岗位工作经验。
3．熟练掌握房地产营销策划技巧及营销成本控制技能，熟悉房地产开发、管理流程,熟知工程施工工序、营销流程。
4．具备较强的沟通能力、团队合作能力。
