岗位职责：
1、协助公司总监制定公司总体策划计划及市场推广计划。
1）开展外部市场及客户需求调研工作，了解竞争对手并掌握其动态；
2）协助制定公司策划计划和市场推广计划；
3）制定策划部阶段性策划重点；掌握并执行公司总体销售任务；
4）分析、统计销售状况。
2、全面开展市场策划工作。
1）处理日常销售中的客户疑难问题；
2）监督策划、销售、客户投诉各岗位工作的开展；
3）对大宗客户购买进行商谈；
4）与其它部门协调销售过程中，产品及其它物业服务等重大问题，对产品销售过程中销售数据、资料不完善或不合理的地方进行协调解决。
3、本部门相关组织管理工作和本部门人员培训。
1）负责监督本部门合同、客户档案等文件资料的保管和及时转交工作；
2）对本部门业务员进行市场推广、公共关系培训；
3）定期向策划总监汇报本职工作完成情况；
4）负责制定并监督执行本部门工作计划和资金计划；
5）负责对下属各岗位人员的绩效考核和评定。
4、完成总监和上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历；
2、市场策划、管理、公共关系等相关专业；
3、5年以上工作经历，2年以上本行业经验；
4、具有一定的领导能力、市场推广能力、判断与决策能力、计划与执行能力、人际沟通能力、影响力、客户服务能力；
5、熟悉市场策划、财务管理、法律等知识、房地产经营知识、建筑学基本知识。
