该岗位负责成都高新区益州大道某商业综合体项目（新项目）
岗位职责：
1、负责房地产集团商业项目的招商统筹工作，根据公司商业项目发展的整体目标，负责制定招商策略，以及系统的招商政策、计划方案；
2、制定招商工作开展计划，对招商工作开展进行统筹管理、协调和推进，并直接负责对商业发展有带领作用的知名品牌的招商工作；
3、招商过程监控，确定招商推广活动、广告计划、并监控实施；
4、负责招商谈判与客户开发，包括负责客户的接洽、谈判和追踪以及客户的签约，客户关系维护。

任职资格：
1、专科及以上学历，工商管理、市场营销等相关专业；
2、五年以上商业地产招商运营工作经验，其中两年以上团队管理经验，三个以上商业地产全程营销经历；
3、熟悉房地产开发流程及相关法律、政策，具有丰富的招商渠道和营销网络资源，具备与国际、国内一线品牌酒店、百货、餐饮建立良好合作关系的能力，具备招商管理经验，熟悉商业地产行业招商、运营及企划相关专业知识及招商工作流程和具体细节，从事过大型商业项目整体招商运作，并有操作过商业项目的成功案例，具备商业项目的招商策划及推广方案的拟订能力；
4、能带领团队完成市场调研、整体策划、招商定位、业态规划及运营管理；
5、具有敏锐的对商业市场洞察力，了解市场发展趋势，具备招商谈判技巧，并有良好的沟通能力；
6、较强的语言、文字表达能力及信息获取整合能力,能独立完成创意策划及文案编写；
7、有良好的应变和组织协调能力，具有较强的沟通协调能力和人际洞察力，有很强的团队管理能力，协助处理好与公司有关部门的沟通协作工作，能承受较大的工作压力；
8、责任心强，具有良好的职业操守，具备大型商业项目招商管理经验及后期商业运营经验者优先。
