岗位职责：
（1）执行财务垂直管理制度，完成财务核算、管理、内控及报表编制工作；
（2）编制公司资金计划，负责资金的运用和筹措工作；
（3）负责税收筹划工作，研究相关税收法规，依法纳税，合理避税，并争取优惠政策；
（4）全面了解并汇总项目经营责任书执行情况, 监控三费一税的支出；
（5）负责销售回款流程控制，配合按揭贷款工作；
（6）负责公司前期费用核算及监督日常财务核算工作；
（7）负责本公司财务人员的考核培训工作；
（8）完成公司总裁交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
（1）财务、会计、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
（2）10 年以上工作经验，其中5年以上房地产集团公司财务管理负责人的经历。
（3）对企业财务管理模式有系统的了解和实践经验，对财务管理各模块均有较深入的认识，能够指导各模块的工作；
（4）具备现代财务管理理念和扎实的理论基础；
（5）熟悉国家、地区财务、税务相关法律法规；
（6）熟悉办公软件及相关财务管理软件的使用。
